Meet my IT support team

Meet my IT support team

I’m resting today, so no blog entry from me today guys..

However, I do want to introduce you to two very special young men, Dahki (my son) and his friend David (my other son 😊). These are the guys that made the blog happen. When I decided to go live with my journey, I didn’t know where to start. I needed to enlist some support, pronto! Dahki and David jumped right in to make it happen! I asked them to share their thoughts on why they were so eager to help, and this is what they had to say:

When I first heard the news about Ms. Tova’s diagnosis, I was shocked. Honestly it felt as though it came out of nowhere and almost knocked the wind out of me. In my eyes, Ms. Tova has always been one of the strongest people that I have been blessed to cross paths with, and witnessing her unfaltering positivity throughout this difficult period further pushed me to do everything possible to help her. With this blog, I see her turning a major trial such as this into an opportunity to provide outreach, comfort, and sometimes even comedy, for others who might be experiencing similar situations like us here. I’m going to continue to do everything I can to help support Ms. Tova and her passion towards her blog!

My mom has been a helping hand, source of inspiration, a shoulder to cry on, and an amazing support system for as long as I can remember. From being hard on me when it was necessary, to celebrating my victories, and helping me learn from my mistakes, I appreciate every part of it. Hearing the news of my mother’s newest trial that God has given her broke my heart, but with her walking by faith and not by sight I have already claimed her victory. Helping her with this blog so that her supporters can easily follow her story-filled journey is just a small token of my gratitude. For there is only one Tova Parker, and I’m glad she’s my mom. Keep on fighting soldier! ” - Your one and only Dooda
